Notes:

Caution! This border must be stitched from the center of the quilt border out to the corners, mirroring the pattern from the center as shown. This corner pattern height is 1.32 times the height of the border, pattern 122. That is, when the border is 12" high, the corner pattern is 15.84" high. The start of the corner pattern is at the same starting location as the border pattern.
